Condensed matter theory: spectroscopy of advanced materials and superconductors
Our activity concerns theoretical problems connected to the physics of correlated electron systems in low dimensions. In particular we focus on the physics of high-temperature cuprate and pnictide superconductors, conventional superconductors at strong disorde, graphene and transition-metal-dichalcogenides. We are particularly interested on transport and conventional spectroscopic properties, out-of-equilibrium and time-resolved protocols, superconducting collective modes and more generally collective electronic and lattice modes, tha superconductor-Insulator transition in conventional superconductors, the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless behavior in quasi-two-dimensional systems.
