General description of the equipment:
1) High performance accurate mass spectrometer ZenoTOF 7600 LC-MS/MS System enabled with Zeno SWATH.
The instrument includes the following components:
Turbo V Source for ZenoTOF 7600 that accepts either the ESI Probe or APCI Probe A source combining ESI and APCI (Atmospheric
Pressure Chemical Ionization) modes for automated calibration. Offers the same high flow characteristics as the regular Turbo V
source (flow rates from 5 to 3000 ml/min.) and APCI source (flow rates from 200 to 3000 ml/min.).
ESI Twinsprayer Probe
Data Acquisition Sciex Workstation + (Plus) Win10 64-bit OS Includes: 23in Standard Monitor
Bench for PC
One standard roughing pump.
2) Nitrogen Generator PEAK Genius 1024. Standalone gas generator which produces curtain, source and exhaust gases in the
required flow rates, purities and pressures to meet or exceed the requirements of most SCIEX LCMS Systems with or without
SelexION/SelexION + technology.
3) SCIEX WORKSTATION + (plus). Sciex fully approved and supported computer for QTOF and Triple TOF in Analyst and SCIEX OS.
Includes an Intel Xeon W-2245 8 Core Processor, 2 X 2TB Solid State Hard Drive in Raid and 32GB Ram (2X16GB DDR4 3200MHZ
RDIMM ECC memory). Additional hardware includes an Optical Mouse and Multimedia Keyboard. System contains cyber secure
image of Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 64 bit. This PC is RoHScompliance and can be used as a standalone processing and/or
acquisition computer.
4) AUTOSAMPLER NEXERA SIL-40CX3. Provides high speed injections (7 sec for 10 μL) with ultra-low carryover. The standard
configuration uses the needle in the flow path design for 0.1 to 50 μL injection volumes. Capable of handling pressures up to 130
MPa/18,800 PSI. Sample compartment can hold 3 plates (1.5/2 mL vials 54 vials x 3 plates) and is capable of temperature control from
4-45 C. Includes 50 uL sample loop. Includes one rack for 1.5/2 mL vials, additional 1.5/2 mL racks and racks for other vial sizes sold
separately.
5) PUMP LC-40DX3 HPLC. Advanced UHPLC pump with an extended pressure range (up to 130 MPa/20,000 PSI). A dual piston
design minimizes pulsation for stable chromatography in isocratic, binary or LPGE modes. An automatic rinse kit is included as
standard. Capable of flow rates between 0.1 uL/min to 10 mL/min.
6) Standalone central communication and control module with touchscreen capability SCL - 40. Integrated solvent reservoir tray.
Modules connect via fiber optic cables for easy "plug and play" system configuration (8 fiber optic ports available). Internal
web server offers convenient control and monitoring of the HPLC system through a web browser.
7) Full-sized oven with forced air temperature control CTO-40C. Capable of temperatures from 10 C below ambient temperature to 100
C. Capacity of up to 6 x 250 mm columns. Can accommodate a manual injector, mixer and 2 switching valves. Up to 3 units can be
daisy-chained.
8) Enclosure Soundproof box for Vacuum Pump SV65. Custom enclosure boxequipped with soundproof walls for minimization of pump
noise.
9) DEGASSER DGU-405. 5-channel inline membrane degasser utilizing Teflon AF for rapid degassing of HPLC mobile phases.
10) LC Bench 36WX31DX30H. Features holes for hose and cable management and a removable tray for solvent storage.
11) MS Bench 60WX31DX30H. Instrument bench for Sciex MS systems, features holes for hose and cable management.
