Dimensions of educational poverty and emergencies. Which protective factors for well-being?

Over the last few years, an idea of risk is emerging that correlates emergencies and their management to a more specific idea of “educational risk” (Isidori, Vaccarelli, 2013), which can be translated into the increase of chances of educational poverty. The consequences of a catastrophe often affect a multitude of aspects that influence and modify the so-called “educational functions” of territories and cities, impacting on issues that are strongly related to equality, or rather equity, in the access of citizens to quality educational experiences (Dewey, 2014).

CoViD-19 and psychiatry: can mental illness justify further exceptions to the obligation to stay at home?

To face the CoViD-19 pandemic, the italian government has approved regulations which state, with no exceptions, that it is considered offence for people tested positive to the virus to leave their house, whereas other people are allowed to leave their house for proven needs such as work, health or emergencies.

Profil épidémiologique des adultes victimes d’accident survenu sur la voie publique admis à l’Hôpital de Zone Saint Jean de Dieu de Tanguiéta au Bénin

Introduction : Les auteurs se proposent d’étudier les caractéristiques épidémiologiques des traumatisés
de la voie publique admis à l’Hôpital de Zone Saint Jean de Dieu de Tanguiéta (HZSJDT).
Méthodes : Il s’agissait d’une étude transversale et prospective du 1er septembre 2016 au 31 août
2017. Ont été inclus les patients âgés de 15 ans et plus admis à l’HZSJDT pour un accident de la route
survenu moins de 7 jours avant l’admission.
Résultats : Trois-cent-quatre-vingt-onze patients étaient inclus. L’âge moyen était de 33,9 ans. Le
