The meaning of Giuseppe Vaccaro's figurative language in the churches of San Gregorio Barbarigo and Santi Martiri dell'Uganda in Rome.
The churches of S. Gregorio Barbarigo in the Eur district and the SS. Martyrs of Uganda in the locality of Poggio Ameno in Rome, are built on a drawing by Giuseppe Vaccaro, between 1968 and 1972 and 1968 and 1980. The study rebuild the design path and the constructive phases of the two buildings, to identify the figurative, symbolic and religious meanings of the formal choices of the architect, partially altered now by subsequent interventions.
