METHOD

Exploring the influence of working environments' restorative quality on organisational citizenship behaviours

The perceived potential for environmental restoration while at work can represent a job resource, given that restoration alleviates stress, which can free resources for both performance and extra-role activities. This study explores the association between perceived restorativeness (PR) and organisational citizenship behaviours (OCB – helpfulness, loyalty and voice).
