The article analyses the most recent development in the field of Diplomatic Law. Firstly, it
focuses on the inviolability of diplomatic archives and documents in relation to the practice
followed by national and international Tribunals on the use of secret documents as
evidences in the case that such documents are of public domain because of cyber attacks.
