Measurement of Angular and CP Asymmetries in D0 →π+π-μ+μ- and D0 →k+K-μ+μ- Decays

The first measurements of the forward-backward asymmetry of the dimuon pair (AFB), the triple-product asymmetry (A2φ), and the charge-parity-conjugation asymmetry (ACP), in D0→π+π-μ+μ- and D0→K+K-μ+μ- decays are reported. They are performed using data from proton-proton collisions collected with the LHCb experiment from 2011 to 2016, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 5 fb-1.

Search for CP violation in Λb0→pK− and Λb0→pπ− decays

A search for CP violation in Λb0→pK− and Λb0→pπ− decays is presented using a sample of pp collisions collected with the LHCb detector and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0fb−1. The CP -violating asymmetries are measured to be ACPpKjavax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@21db347d=−0.020±0.013±0.019 and ACPpπjavax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@7074f97=−0.035±0.017±0.020, and their difference ACPpKjavax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@7b6d3d23−ACPpπjavax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@4c8f456e=0.014±0.022±0.010, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.
