Il diritto latinoamericano tra svolta a sinistra e persistenza dei modelli neoliberali
In the last decades, Latin America has experienced three following transitions: from dictatorship to democracy, then from keynesianism to neoliberalism, finally from the latter to what has been defined in terms of «turn to the left». The last transition was interpreted as a surrender to populism, due to a wrong assimilation of western democracy and market order.
