Sensor for Beverages Analyses a Review

The use of sensors is an innovative technique, cheaper and faster than others analytical ones. Furthermore, the advantages of this technique are short analysis time and low instrumentation cost. The sensors application in beverages analyses is widely used. Sensors are commonly used to characterize beverages, identify compounds of interest and monitoring quality and shelf life of beverages (wine, coffee, beer, water, milk, tea and juice). The aim of this review is to highlight the current application of sensor systems for the beverages analyses.
