The Late Chalcolithic and Early Bronze Age technologies in Anatolia. A review of the studies on chipped stones

The detailed study of chipped stones of late prehistoric sites in Anatolia has a recent development when compared
with other regions like the Levant (first half of the 20th century). Moreover the stone artefacts lost their preeminence
until recent times in the studies about the post-palaeolithic material culture, also because the metal artefacts replaced
stone artefacts in a series of activities. The paper deals in particular with some aspects of the Late Chalcolithic and Early
