Having regard to the increasing attention to the issue of safety and health of patients and workers by low, the hypothesis that this topic will be the growing trend in the next years does not seem to be manifestly unfounded. For this reason, it is wise for healthcare professionals to already be aware that any violation of the interests underlying the legislation in question entails a ruling on civil and/or criminal liability.

Which type of work do Italians perform? In this contribution, we aim at detecting the anatomy of the
Italian occupational structure by taking stock of a micro-level dataset registering the task content, the
execution of procedures, the knowledge embedded in the work itself, called ICP (Indagine
Campionaria sulle Professioni), the latter being comparable to the U.S. O*NET dataset. We perform

In a modern, transparent and economically efficient society the public system and in particular the public administration plays an essential and undoubtedly prime role.
Starting from the review of the public administration at European level, through the UN index, the Italian system is investigated with some detail indicators.
One of the main Italian projects in the area started in 2011, called Open cohesion, although he had several setbacks has provided a good basis for an innovative and transparent public administration, user-oriented and citizen.
