The sense of treasure has changed according to the interdiscourse of writers makers of spiritual and intellectual values which are capitalizable but not consumable: by opposing the nineteenth century middle class hypertrophy, Bertrand forces the formal limits, chiselling the prototype of a new genre, whereas Villiers modalizes the destiny of his characters according to will imposing the richness and the cruelty of his language.
