Real pancreatic cysts. Report of a clinical case — True pancreatic cysts are a rare occurrence in gastrointestinal disease. They are clearly different from the pseudocyst of the same gland, although it is not easy to make an exclusively clinical distinction. The authors, taking their cue from a case that has come to their observation, describe the symptoms, the anatomopathological aspect and the surgical therapy, highlighting the diagnostic methods most frequently used nowadays of this rare disease.
