I principali interessi di ricerca riguardano l'assessment psicologico e l'applicazione di modelli di analisi statistica allo studio delle differenze individuali nella personalità.

Linee di ricerche prevalenti degli ultimi anni:

(1) personality assessment;

(2) la misura dei valori;

(3) il ruolo delle differenze individuali (tratti, valori, motivi) nella previsione della condotta, delle preferenze e della prestazione individuale (es. scelte politiche, rendimento scolastico, job performance);

(3) l'analisi della stabilità e del cambiamento della personalità in diverse fasi del ciclo di vita.
