Interessi di ricerca

Her expertise in the in the field of poly(ADP-ribosylation)-dependent mechanism and in epigenetic modifications is proven by her 64 publications in peer-reviewed international Journals. Her research is focused on the study of poly(ADP-ribosylation) in different model systems, with special interest towards the role of poly(ADP-ribosylation) on neurodegenerative disease and on diabetes. Recently she is interested on the characterization of natural origin compounds evaluating their chemical-physical properties and their effects in different biological system.
