Attualmente nel Laboratorio di Informatica sono presenti 18 postazioni di lavoro studente + 1 docente. Nello specifico per quanto riguarda le postazioni studente, si tratta di PC Dell Optiplex All-in-One 3030 con 16 Gb di RAM e 500 Gb SSD. La postazione docente è un Dell Optiplex All-in-one 5480 16Gb RAM 256 SSD. Il sistema operativo delle postazioni è Microsoft Windows 11 Education. Tutte le postazioni sono collegate in internet e sono dotate di microfono e webcam. La postazione docente è usata in modalità mista sia per gli studenti in presenza sia per la didattica a distanza attraverso la piattaforma ZOOM. Il Laboratorio è gestito da un Server Dell Optiplex 7430 AIO il cui sistema operativo è il Microsoft Windows Server 2022 e che funziona da Domain Controller (gestisce le richieste di autenticazione tramite Active Directory). Il docente può condividere i files per lezioni, esercitazioni ed esami tramite File SERVER installato sul Server. Il laboratorio è inoltre dotato di schermo elettrico, proiettore ed una LIM Samsung Flip 2 55”. È presente anche una stampante condivisa HP Laserjet 4015X. Sui PC del Laboratorio sono installati programmi specialistici di statistica e matematica.
The Computer Science Lab currently has 18 student workstations and 1 teacher workstation. Specifically, the student workstations are Dell Optiplex All-in-One 3030 PCs with 16 GB of RAM and a 500 GB SSD. The teacher workstation is a Dell Optiplex All-in-One 5480 with 16 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. The workstations run Microsoft Windows 11 Education. All workstations are connected to the internet and equipped with a microphone and webcam. The teacher workstation is used in mixed mode for both in-person students and for distance learning via the ZOOM platform. The Lab is managed by a Dell Optiplex 7430 AIO Server running Microsoft Windows Server 2022, which acts as a Domain Controller (manages authentication requests via Active Directory). Teachers can share files for lessons, exercises, and exams via File Server installed on the Server. The lab is also equipped with an electric screen, projector, and a 55" Samsung Flip 2 interactive whiteboard. There is also a shared HP Laserjet 4015X printer. Specialist statistics and mathematics programs are installed on the lab's PCs.
