HRMS-Omics Lab
The HRMS-Omics Lab is a state-of-the-art analytical facility specializing in metabolomics, lipidomics, and peptidomics across biological and food matrices. Equipped with high-resolution Orbitrap platforms (Q-Exactive and Orbitrap Elite), the laboratory delivers comprehensive molecular profiling with exceptional mass accuracy, sensitivity, and structural elucidation capability.
Our research integrates advanced chromatographic separations with high-resolution MS and data-driven workflows to investigate known and unknown compounds. Using cutting-edge software such as Thermo Scientific Compound Discoverer, we perform tentative identification, spectral annotation, pathway mapping, and in-depth interpretation of complex datasets.
The facility supports non-targeted screening and deep characterization of molecular signatures related to food quality and authenticity, biological function, metabolic pathways, and biomarker discovery. By combining HRMS technology with robust bioinformatic pipelines, the HRMS-Omics Lab provides an integrated platform for decoding biochemical processes and revealing novel molecular insights in any biological or food matrix.
