"You can see how things will end by the way they begin". The contribution of early mutual obligations for the development of the psychological contract

This study explores dynamic processes in the development of the psychological contract, focusing on the interaction of obligations related to the two parties (i.e., employees' perceptions of both their own and the organization's obligations fulfillment) on attitudinal outcomes (organizational commitment and turnover intention) during the initial stage of the employment relationship.

Understanding the interplay among regulatory self-efficacy, moral disengagement, and academic cheating behaviour during vocational education: a three-wave study

The literature has suggested that to understand the diffusion of unethical conduct in the workplace, it is important to investigate the underlying processes sustaining engagement in misbehaviour and to study what occurs during vocational education. Drawing on social-cognitive theory, in this study, we longitudinally examined the role of two opposite dimensions of the self-regulatory moral system, regulatory self-efficacy and moral disengagement, in influencing academic cheating behaviour.

A dynamic model of the longitudinal relationship between job satisfaction and supervisor-rated job performance

Job satisfaction and job performance represent two of the most important and
popular constructs investigated in organisational psychology. Issues relating to
the nature and significance of their relationship has fascinated organisational

by using a dynamic latent difference score model (McArdle, 2009) and
a large sample of employees who were followed for five years (N51,004). The

Association of Apelin Levels in Overweight-obese Children with Pubertal Development, but Not with Insulin Sensitivity: 6.5 Years Follow up Evaluation

insulin-sensitizer adipokine. Data on apelin levels in obese children and its relation to insulinsensitivity
are limited.
Objective: We aimed to evaluate apelin levels in relation to obesity and insulin sensitivity in a large
cohort of overweight/obese children and adolescents. Furthermore, these youths were reevaluated
