Diastasis recti is an abdominal wall defect that occurs frequently in women during pregnancy. Patients with
diastasis can experience lower back pain, uro-gynecological symptoms, and discomfort at the level of the defect.
A variety of surgical procedure are available for the diastasis recti repair. miSAR procedure is a minimally invasive technique that uses a recti sheath's stapled suture and present a very low recurrence . This study compares the strength of reinforced suture and no reinforced suture, the recurrence index during one year follow up and symptoms' improvement
