Diversity and inclusion inside organizations. Un progetto europeo per formare manager della diversità
Abstract. Since november 2017 six European Universities ̶ including Sapienza, represented by Coris, the Departement of “Communication and social research” ̶ are engaged in building a scientific-educational path to train professional figures specialized in the management of diversity inside organizations. “Codes” – the acronym of “Communication, Diversity, Solidarity” – is a project funded by the European Union. It qualifies as a unique occasion to compare different conceptions on diversity, and especially different ways to manage it in the European societies, by cross-checking the points of view of many stakeholders: students and scholars, enterprises, public administrations, associations and media.
