A problem that has manifested itself above all in recent years is that of the very advanced age of the average testator, since often the very elderly testator, although not completely incapable of understanding and of wanting, is vulnerable due to age-related diseases and easily influenced by work of people, with whom the testator finds himself spending the final part of his existence. The present contribution aims to examine the possible remedies.
