Interessi di ricerca

Preparazione e caratterizzazione di macrocicli tetrapirrolici (corroli), sia base libera che complessi metallici. In particolare ne viene studiata la reattività, la chimica di coordinazione e la preparazione di bioconiugati per il loro utilizzo in teranostica sia per l’imaging che per la terapia fotodinamica. Un’ulteriore linea di ricerca riguarda la funzionalizzazione mediante chimica bioortogonale di nanoparticelle biogeniche
