Interessi di ricerca

Paolo Iannelli is a PhD student in Aeronautics and Space Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome. His main field of research is active vibration control via networks of smart actuators/sensors (i.e. piezo-patches, stack piezoelectric actuators) for on-orbit large flexible space structures with particular focus on Robust Control techniques. As a side research activity, he is currently working, in the frame of a collaboration with the Department of Information Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications (DIET), on the application of Deep Learning strategies in space systems.
