I am a PhD student in Immuno-mediated and Hematological Disorders at the Sapienza University, assigned to the University of Camerino, Dept. Experimental Medicine at the immuno-pathology laboratories of prof. Santoni Giorgio. I am now working on the evalution of mitophagy pathway in chronic myeloid leukemia and its involvement in chemoresistance, immune escape, stemness and relapses. I have experience in cell cultures, cell viability assay (MTT and SRB assays), FACS analysis (cell staining, cell cycle evaluation, cell death evaluation, senenscence evaluation), Western Blot, gene silencing and amplification, cell migration assay, PCR tecniques, CTCs isolation.
