Research interests include:

• Design, fabrication, and electro-optical characterization of thin-film electronic devices (sensors and actuators);

• Development of integrated lab-on-chip systems based on thin-film sensor arrays for applications in diagnostics, food quality and safety, and environmental monitoring;

• Development of a smart face mask for monitoring temperature, CO₂, and humidity within the breathing zone of the mask itself, along with the related electronics for data acquisition and transmission;

• Development of breath volatile organic compound sensors deposited on cotton;

• Modeling and characterization of solar cells.
