The Dossier Building public space. For a new urban welfare, what began in the previous issue continues, in
order to reflect on the new urban issue, as a further opportunity for study and confluence of some significant thematic
nodes of disciplinary innovation, connected to the governance of the contemporary city. Experiences related to urban
regeneration and territorial rebalancing, central to the objectives and policies of the European Urban Agenda, are re
ported,
which for years have played an important role in the research and experimentation, dissemination and training
activities that the PDTA Department carries out, as an active and propulsive interpreter of the requests arising from the
profound transformations of the cities.
