This Dossier continues the reflection, started in the previous issue (n.90), placing an important focus on the urgency of advancing towards a new urban welfare, as a priority objective of an overall process of regeneration and governance of the contemporary city, through the setting-up of a network of tangible and intangible, interactive and intergated networks, to ensure territorial coverage and a capillary supply of public services. The dossier gathers seven additional papers within the structural, morphological and environmental perspective, articulated around nine keyworks.
