Interessi di ricerca

L'attività di ricerca è focalizzata sulle tematiche proprie dell'ingegneria ambientale, con particolare attenzione per: processi tradizionali ed avanzati per il trattamento delle acque reflue e delle acque destinate al consumo umano, ottimizzazione della gestione dei processi di trattamento delle acque,  minimizzazione e recupero dei residui provenienti da tali processi, produzione ed applicazione di materiali innovativi artificiali o di residui di origine vegetale (biochar) come potenziali adsorbenti per la decontaminazione delle acque, biorisanamento di suoli contaminati.
