Interessi di ricerca

Federica Ricca è Professore Associato (SECS-S/06)  presso il Dip. di Metodi e Modelli per l'Economia, il Territorio e la Finanza (MEMOTEF), Università di Roma 'La Sapienza'.

Dal 30 dicembre 2008 al 30 settembre 2015 è stata Ricercatore (MAT/09) presso il Dip. di Scienze Statistiche, Università di Roma 'La Sapienza'.

Si occupa di matematica applicata, ottimizzazione combinatoria e su reti, con applicazioni principalmente a problemi di matematica dei sistemi elettorali (allocazione biproporzionale di seggi e distrettizzazione elettorale), problemi di localizzazione di servizi e assegnazione di clienti a centri, problemi di classificazione.
