Professor Valeria Panebianco research activity is internationally recognized, with over 300 peer-reviewed publications and a consistent focus on precision diagnostics in genitourinary oncology, particularly prostate and bladder cancer. She has played a leading role in the development and dissemination of structured reporting systems such as VI-RADS, PI-RADS and PI-RR, and is currently Chair of the ACR VI- RADS Steering Committee, Chair of the ESUR Prostate MRI Working Group, and President of the Urogenital Radiology Section of the Italian Society of Radiology (SIRM). Her scientific efforts have recently focused on the integration of computational medicine, AI, and Digital Twin technologies to identify imaging biomarkers for early detection, therapy response assessment, and patient stratification.
