Protocollo di Design per L'educazione digitale

The project addresses the phenomenon of educational and digital poverty in preschool age, a period in which children's cognitive, emotional and perceptual systems align with the codes of formal culture.
Main objectives:
- Identification of indicators of digital poverty, such as a lack of cross-cutting digital skills among citizens, with particular reference to educators (parents and/or teachers)
-    Strengthening the educational and cultural aspects of socio-educational services for children
-    Enhancing citizens' digital skills (digital literacy), with particular reference to parents with children under the age of 10
-    Stimulating the skills of school-age and preschool children through experimental training protocols in which digital technology becomes a tool and method for enhancing learning.

Expected results:
-    Scientific survey on the topic of educational and digital poverty through an update of scientific literature, mapping of international research and a quantitative field survey focused on the digital culture of Italian families
-    Infographic guide on socialisation with technological devices for preschool children
-    infographic guide on socio-educational recommendations for the use of digital technology for nursery school educators
-    design and testing of an educational media training protocol on the integration of technology in schools, following the methods of Bruno Munari, renowned communication designer, and Maria Montessori
-    design and prototyping of seven infographic mats for use with the STEAM approach through coding in nursery schools
-    creation of an online training course for educators, through the creation of animated audiovisual clips on the themes of educational and digital poverty and on educational media strategies for practical intervention in the classroom as early as preschool age
